Who we text

DGCI Dispatch sends text messages only to truck drivers who haul for DGCI and who have signed the DGCI Driver Text Message Consent Form. We do not text the public, and we do not send marketing messages.

What we collect

We collect each driver's name and mobile phone number from their signed consent form. When drivers reply, we receive their messages and any photos of delivery tickets they send.

How we use it

We use this information only to send drivers their daily load schedules and dispatch updates, and to match returned ticket photos against our dispatch records for billing.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only use outside service providers, such as our text messaging provider, as needed to send and receive messages.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies, typically one or more messages per workday. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Drivers can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact DGCI dispatch at 203-980-7675.

Keeping information safe

Signed consent forms and driver contact information are kept on file by DGCI and are only accessed by DGCI dispatch staff.

Changes

DGCI may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this link.
